Major General Rodebrecht is the main target in the Saint Pierre DLC mission.
Background[]
Major General Rodebrecht was a rising star in the German High Command, who was believed to be able to turn the tide of the war against the Allies.
Sniper Elite V2[]
He was sent to St. Pierre to improve German defenses against the Allied invasion in France. His reputation caused SHAEF to task Karl Fairburne with assassinating him. When Rodebrecght arrived in Saint Pierre with a detachment of soldiers, he found the town's garrison dead, and realized they were not alone. When Fairburne began taking out his bodyguards, Rodebrecht attempted to take out the sniper himself. However Fairburne bested him in a game of cat and mouse, and ultimately killed the general.
